I’ve been meaning to write a quick note to you regarding how well the above job went. I’m very impressed with the overall system of insulation and jacket that you’ve developed. It went up very quickly, looks good, and will undoubtedly perform well for a long time with minimal attention.
Of course, any system is only as good as the team that installs it. On that regard, I’d like to compliment Charles and his crew (Jessie and Jimmie) for the professionalism and craftsmanship that lead to the finished product. They exceeded all our expectations, following all safety and general working requirements while on site. In addition, they were flexible, pleasant to work with, persistent, and had the discipline to complete all the little details that maximize the performance of your system. The elegant way Charles patched around all those protrusions on the roof of that silo is truly a work of art!
Please accept this note of gratitude for your contribution to this project, and extend my appreciation to your crew. I hope I’ll have a chance to work with you again on some future project.

Dear Mr. Mayes My name is Dick Vandermark. I have worked for Wegmans Food Markets in Rochester, NY for 46 years. This past summer I oversaw the refurbishing of our 300,000 gallon water tower at our Winton Rd. warehouse.
The 2 work crews that were there from your company did a great job for us. They were on time, never left the site without telling me. 10 or 12 hours a day were the norm for them. The only thing that ever seemed to hold them up was our Rochester lightning storms that we have. They never left a mess at day’s end. Their craftsmanship was outstanding. The final project looks great. No problems anywhere with anything. The day before they left, they showed me every inch of our water tank, asked if we had any concerns about anything. All of the men from both crews did a great job of keeping us, the customer, happy.
I have spoken to my boss many times about using your company again.
Thanks for everything.
